As president of Cole Global Ministries, and senior pastor of Worship United Church, Ladell's heart is to win the lost at any cost.

Tanya Cole is the co-founder and co-senior pastor of Worship United Church based in Tampa Florida. She is the founder and president of Daybreak Global Prayer Community and The Royal Kingdom Experience, a non-profit organization whose mission is to help young boys and girls discover their identity in Jesus Christ. A blessed mother of four, supportive wife to her husband Ladell Cole, a preacher, teacher, and mentor to women, Tanya is passionate about motivating women to walk in their fullest untapped potential and reaching the lost with the love of Jesus Christ.
